My professional career began at 17 years old at the Restaurant Le Pirate in Ferney-Voltaire (France)
where the Chef was the well known Alain Béchis. Then, I worked in the team of the Casino de Divonne
with Mr. Jean-Marc Delacourt where I got my "Brevet professionel" after two years experience.
The time came to enroll in the French Army and to serve in the cuisine of the Ministry of National Education. Soon after, I had the opportunity to work in the following renowned restaurants and hotels:
The Canteen and the Ashdown Park Hotel in London ,the Grand Hotel in St. Jean-Cap Ferrat (France)
and Le Gourmet in Martigny (Valais, Switzerland). Back to Geneva, I became the assistant
to the Chef at "Le Côté Jardin" restaurant for four years. It is during my last experience as a Chef
at La Maison Rochette (Geneva) that I decided to create my own enterprise so to be able to share
and enjoy with you my passion for cooking.
